Finding a true passion
My journey to technology leadership took me through media organizations, nonprofits, and an early-stage startup, but they all shared one trait: a mission-driven culture — something I came to realize mattered deeply to me.
Helping organizations achieve their lofty, culture-changing goals is a strong motivator in my work. I’ve seen the impact that new technology and improved workflows can have on a team — culture change, productivity growth, happier employees. I share some of that experience here to give you a sense of how I think about this work — and what you might see if you brought me in to help with yours.

Looking to connect
I love driving change inside an organization — building things myself as a hands-on web developer, leading platform migrations and API integrations, and launching initiatives like an internal AI working group.
I’m more than a tech expert, though. A Chicagoan, I’m a devoted White Sox fan and deep dish pizza defender. On weekends, I’m often building LEGO sets with my daughter and I occasionally brew small-batch beer. Some day I’ll finally get into woodworking and tame my charcoal grill.
